Just specify the format you want for your converted images. We generally send a JPG file. However, your preference will be our first priority. We can also send file in any of the following formats: TIFF, GIF, AI, EPS, BMP, PDF, WMF.

No. If we have misconstrued your specifications and instructions and if there’s a mistake on our part that has led to unsatisfactory results, we will rework at no cost. We will also make new minor adjustments without charging anything. But if you want some fresh changes that may take considerable time, you will have to make a new image order.

How we function?

Mail your project details including photos with the requirements.
After studying the project details, we will deliver the output by the timeline. We might contact you if needed. Hence, share your availability.
Approve to start the project by confirmation mail with 50% advance.
Images of the interior will be provided to you for approval with a tag on it.
Project designing and development will start at our studio as per the meeting minutes.
Work progress will be updated to you at regular intervals.
2D furniture layout will be sent in 10 working days.
Images with few key areas which need your consent will be sent with a tag on it for final approval of colour, textures and theme.
We’ll proceed after the approval of the views with 25% of the balance amount.
The processed designs will be shared with you by the designated time on the given mail address.
